  • Support Tickets: Unlimited (purchasing hardware/software not included)

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

 

  • P1 - Critical Issue: Resolved within 24 hours once accepted (Issue has stopped business operations)
  • P2 - Major Issue: Resolved within 4 days once accepted (Affects multiple parts of the business, but a workaround is available)
  • P3 - Minor Issue: Resolved within 10 days once accepted (Not affecting business operations and a workaround is in place)
